Wii Fit Diet, Day 3

So day 3! Yay me!

Today’s stats:

Weight: 239.0 lbs

BMI: 34.21

Wii Fit Age: 20

So far so good! I dropped .4 lbs from yesterday (yay!). I tried to make sure that I measured at the same time today as yesterday, so the weight is more reliable. 🙂 Today I did 30 minutes of aerobics, mostly the Advanced Step game and Hula Hoop games, though I did run once around the “Island”. This time for the step game, I used the little risers that come with the wii fit, and it seemed to make the workout a little more tiring than normal. I found that my calves get really sore from the running game, so I think I may not do that tomorrow.

Also today I decided to do some of the balance games, strength games and yoga games… so I spent about 30 minutes doing that. The balance games are the most fun… I enjoyed trying to “ski” and “snowboard”, but didn’t do all that well, despite my husband trying to coach me. Oh well, they’re still fun. 🙂
