Ok, it’s been a bit… Wii Fit Diet Day something
Just a quick update! I haven’t had time to write a proper blog post for a while because a) I don’t have internet yet in my new apartment and b) I haven’t really had time to exercise properly lately, what with moving and cleaning and so on. But two days ago I did check my weight on the Wii Fit and I’m at 225 lbs! Woot! I’m super excited and just wanted to share!

You’re awesome!! What an inspiration you are to so many normal moms out there! I also have a Wii-Fit and am BFing an almost 3mo old. How long do you exercise for, what do you do and have you noticed a difference in milk production? I’m sure you’re just as busy as I am but if you have a quick moment I’d love to hear from you.

Hi there! I happened across your blog attempting to figure out how many calories I am burning with my new Wii Fit!
Looks like you and I are in VERY similar boats! I am weighing 213 right now and gave birth to twins 3.5 months ago (whom are both fussing on the couch right now!) My BMI is 35.?? something… don’t remember. I am currently wearing a 40K!
Just thought I would let ya know that I am doing this with you! I have had my Wii Fit for 3 days and just finished my first real workout with it! I am in TX and I have a 4 year old daughter…. been married for 7 years.

Great job! During the time I’ve been using Wii Fit I lost well over 30 lbs. for a total of almost 100 lbs. (97.7 over two years). Remember, however, that Wii Fit should only be a part of your daily exercises and proper diet. Head on over to my blog to see more.
