Ok, it’s been a bit… Wii Fit Diet Day something

Just a quick update! I haven’t had time to write a proper blog post for a while because a) I don’t have internet yet in my new apartment and b) I haven’t really had time to exercise properly lately, what with moving and cleaning and so on. But two days ago I did check my weight on the Wii Fit and I’m at 225 lbs! Woot! I’m super excited and just wanted to share!

Wii Fit Diet: Days 16, 17, 18

Sorry! I’ve been lax about posting lately. My little sisters are staying with me for a couple of days and they watch movies ALL day, so even though I’ve been exercising, it’s hard to go back and look at my stats when the TV is being used. :P

Ok, here are my stats for the last three days:

Day 16:

Weight: 231.3

BMI: 33.11

Wii Fit Age: 20

Difference from yesterday: +.4 lbs

Pound difference from starting weight: -8.5 lbs (over 22 days)

Day 17:

Weight: 231.9

BMI: 33.20

Wii Fit Age: 20

Difference from yesterday: +.6 lbs

Pound difference from starting weight: -7.9 lbs (over 23 days)

Day 18:

Weight: 230.4

BMI: 32.98

Wii Fit Age: 20

Difference from yesterday: -1.5 lbs

Pound difference from starting weight: -8.4 lbs (over 24 days)

So nothing too exciting happening weight wise. Still the same exercises and everything, except today I did advanced step with no beat, which was fun. So the weight loss hasn’t been drastic so far this week, and overall I’ve gained a little, but that’s alright with me! As long as I’m not gaining too much, I’m fine. :)

I think I’m going to start doing posts every 3 days now, because otherwise I think you’ll get bored with me. Also, Thursday, I am leaving for Vegas for the 4th and won’t be back until Monday. I’m going to try and exercise while I’m there, but we’ll see what happens. :D
